fully automated CNC band saw

We have a fully automated CNC band saw allowing us to deliver high quality accurate cuts for a quick turnaround on orders.

Cutting range Max. 310mm for round materials.
Cutting range Max. 400 x 310mm for flat materials.
Bi-lateral mitred cuts from 45° right to 30° left.
The saw frame is designed for the perfect cutting of beams, angled and U-shaped section steel and hollow square section.

We also have 4 circular cold saws that can assist in our quick turnaround ranging from 350mm – 900mm.

Cutting range Max. Universal Beam 610mm x 305mm.
Cutting range Max. Universal Column 305mm x 305mm.
Cutting range Max. Round Bar 300mm.
Mitre cuts Max. up to 60°.
Able to cut single bars and bundle cutting.
